Hotmelt

Henkel’s hotmelt products are ideal for bonding automotive interiors and laminating fabrics, and can be applied in a variety of ways depending on the material of the interior and the fabric.

Feature

  • Hotmelt type adhesives are solid state adhesives mainly composed of thermoplastic resins and elastomers, which are melt-mixed adhesive agents, plasticizers and antioxidants. They are generally used without solvents and have a fast bonding speed and can be used in automobiles.

APPLICATION

  • Assembling and adhering of automobile interior parts – Door trim, Head liner, Instrument panel
  • Automotive interior fabric laminating – Sheet Headliner, Door trim
